Mats is an International Business Administration (IBA) student and has been active as a Deal Flow Analyst at Round One Ventures, assessing startups for investment opportunities. Additionally, Mats was selected for the Netherlands-Asia Honours Summer School. Leading up to the summer school program, Mats has been conducting a consultancy project for the Ministry of Education, Culture, and Science.

Niels
Niels is currently serving as Vice-Chairman & Secretary of the Economic Business Weeks Tilburg (EBT), the largest career event in the South of the Netherlands. Simultaneously, he is contributing to the strategic direction of A|F Investments as a member of its Board of Advice, supporting the growth of Tilburg’s leading investment association. Alongside these roles, he is a top-performing student in the International Business Administration (IBA) program, complemented by additional quantitative courses in preparation for the Quantitative Finance Master’s program.

Jonas just wrapped up his board year at Round One Ventures as an Investment Director, gaining hands-on investment experience in the Venture Capital industry through a student-run fund. Currently he is operating as a Data Strategy & Insights Intern at the Financial Technology firm Temenos. He has been pursuing all these endeavours while keeping a clean academic track record in the International Business Administration (IBA) program at Tilburg University.

Onno is a second-year International Business Administration (IBA) student at Tilburg University and is simultaneously pursuing a pre-Master in Econometrics. He has a strong interest in technology, finance, operational optimization, and strategic business development. Before starting his studies, he worked full-time for two years as Technical Manager at MOEVS, an e-mobility company, where he contributed to product development and the upscaling of the after-sales operations. Building on this managerial experience and his academic path, Onno is motivated to apply analytical insights and strategic thinking to create value in dynamic business environments.
